About Pawetiquette
Pawetiquette is a cat-focused education and behavior platform created to improve the everyday lives of cats and the humans who care for them. I explore feline behavior through a science-based, compassionate lens, with the goal of helping people better understand how cats communicate, cope, and adapt to life with us.
My work focuses on practical insights, emotional wellbeing, and respectful human–cat relationships. I translate research, observation, and lived experience into guidance that fits real homes — not idealized ones.
Pawetiquette exists to help us listen more carefully to our cats, respond more thoughtfully, and build calmer, healthier bonds over time.
Meet the Human Behind Pawetiquette
Fae Feline
I’m Fae, the person behind Pawetiquette. I bring over 14 years of hands-on experience living with, observing, and learning from cats, experience that has shaped how I understand their needs, stress signals, and social dynamics.
This platform is also a learning journey for me. By diving deeper into feline behavior research than I ever have before, I aim to grow alongside the community, sharing what I learn openly and responsibly. While I don’t currently claim to be a certified feline behaviorist, I am actively working toward certification in feline behavior.
I share my life with 2 rescue cats, Zoom and Oreo — both 5 years old — who constantly remind me who’s boss!
I’m open to bookings for consultations or personalized advice, with a genuine intention to help. I know firsthand how stressful and emotional behavior challenges can be, and my priority is offering thoughtful, accessible support that puts your cat’s wellbeing first.
